Block specific dates or time slots to prevent bookings
How many hours in advance must clients book? (0 = no restriction, 24 = 1 day)
How many hours before an appointment can clients no longer cancel online? (0 = clients may always cancel, 24 = 1 day).
Require a gap between appointments. Clients won't be able to book within this time of another appointment.
Select the timezone for your business.
Your working hours for each day. Clients can only book during these hours. Use + and to split a day into more than one range, each range's services menu to limit what can be booked then, and Copy to apply one day's hours to other days.
Pick one date to block a whole day, or a start and an end date to block a range. Each picked date can be blocked all day or for a time window.

A ready-to-post picture of the coming days' open times, sized for an Instagram story. Taken and unavailable times are crossed out. The times start at each day's opening and repeat at the spacing you pick: the service's own length reads like a hand-written post, a tighter spacing advertises more of the times clients can really book.
The services on your menu, with durations and prices. Toggle one Active or Inactive, drag ⠿ (or use the ▲▼ arrows) to reorder, then press Save Services. Existing appointments always keep the name, duration, and price they were booked with.
Questions a client answers while booking, such as a waiver or an allergy check. Nothing is asked for until a rule in Booking Requirements points at a form. Deleting a form that already has answers archives it instead.
Rules for what an appointment needs before it can be booked: a form to fill in or an appointment that has to come first. Each rule can cover all services or just some, and everyone or only first-time clients.
Every automatic message your clients receive: confirmations, reminders, review requests, and come-back nudges. Add your own, or reword, retime, pause, and remove any entry, including the stock ones.
Messages sent in the moment rather than on a schedule, when you change, cancel, or reinstate an appointment in Manage Bookings. Each is written here and shown to you when you act on a booking, where you can word it for that one client before it goes. Booking confirmations are an ordinary entry in the notifications list above.
Sent when you move an appointment, change its service, or edit its details. It reaches whichever of these contact details the client gave.
